Day to Night Conversion using Adobe AE

Was trying out the 'Day to Night' conversion video technique in After Effects.A neat trick to fake a good looking Night for Indie movie makers.You don't have to worry about the lights,the cold and neither about the over-night sleepovers:). The procedure is pretty easy.Shoot your footage in daylight.(Better if you are not shooting much of the over exposed sky!)Bring in the footage to after effects.Bring down the Saturation and the Curves.Add a bit of blue/green tint with the curves itself.To sell the effect double fast,Extend the footage with a nice shot of night lights!
